African Heart is managed by David Rosenstein and Annette Straehnz. David has been involved in the promotion and creative development of fine handcraft art that has been sold internationally since 2004 to high end galleries/jewellers/interior décor stores/hotels/zoos/lodges and wine estates.

David’s passion is unrelentless and he continues to push boundaries through creative conceptual design utilising the wonderful skills of africas artisans.

Annette, based in europe, has vast experience in business management and guides the structure and network of african heart.annette is strongly motivated to build the profile of african handcraft internationally and use her unlimited knowledge and resources to create a greater awareness and appreciation of the art forms as presented on the site.
